[ Teacher or Student? ] – Teacher (Biology/Sciences/Sex-Ed)
[ Character Profile ] – Edward is a natural born student of the world having been given a second chance at life by his sire and father Carlisle. He is charming, polite, determined, and very stubborn, as well as having a tendency to over react and think to much in extreme situations.

[ Appearance ] – Edward Cullen looks as if he was a seventeen year old out of his time. The only things that bring to light his vampiric nature are his has pale skin and crystal amber eyes from his 'vegetarian' eating habits. Back home he feeds on the blood of animals instead humans. He's tall, built like a swimmer and often sports a dishevelled mop of shining brown hair. He dresses casual, but for this day and age still looks like he's dressed up for a nice night on the town.

[ Personality ] – Studious and quiet, often times Edward comes across as aloof and stoic until you get to know him; provided he lets you. He's always been a child of both English and the sciences, having a PhD in quite a few subjects; including medicine and American Literature.

Underneath the cool exterior is a heart with a fresh outlook on his unlife and a definite attraction to the human condition, though more often than not he can still come across as unfriendly. He abhores liars and killers in equal stead.

He is an old fashioned boy with early 20th century styles and values, but when it comes to music he's a little more ecclectic. He enjoy's playing the piano, his talent that of a virtuoso, but admits to liking indi-rock as much as he enjoys classical music, but hates country music with a strong passion.

[ History ] – Born Edward Anthony Masen on June 20, 1901, Edward Cullen spent the first 17 years of his life in Chicago with his well-to-do parents until the Spanish Influenza in 1918. His father was taken first from the illness, and was soon to be followed by Edward were it not for the pleas of his mother to then Doctor Carlisle Cullen. Both his mother and Edward himself had the gift of telepathy, a gift that allowed his mother to know that Carlisle was a vampire and could indeed save her son, and a gift that only grew stronger when Edward was turned.

Carlisle and his wife Esme took Edward in as his son, and aside an early rebellious period drinking the blood of criminals, Edward himself has followed with his family's practises and feeds only on the blood of animals in the large forests around their family home in Washington.

In his time he has moved from school to school, always craving more knowledge, and with his brothers Emmet, Jasper and sisters Rosalie and Alice, they each studied together and seperately. During his 80+ years as a student of everything he enjoyed, he has acquired several degrees and PhD's in his more passioned subjects.

He has collected many cars in his time, his favourite being his aston martin, though he often took the volvo to school to be less conspicuous with his siblings. He's spent almost his entire life at a school of some description, and it was while attending school in Forks, Washington, that he met his wife Bella Swan, with whom he has a daughter, Renesme.

He's come to Dusk as a teacher on his adoptive father's behalf, Carlisle having preferred to keep his job at the hospital for the time being while his daughter continues to grow. It broke his heart to leave her and Bella, but his sister Alice promised to keep an eye on the both of them with her own gift.

This is his first attempt at teaching, and he hopes it to be a fulfilling experience.

[ Pets ] – He doesn't have any pets as yet at Dusk, but back home he would probably count Jacob as his pet Dog.

[ Other ? ] – Edward is a natural telepath, which helps and hinders him. There are none, save his wife, in this world that he can't read, making him very sought after in his own world. Vampires in his world also do not ash in direct sunlight, instead their skin glitters, as if by its own light underneath the surface.
